The Medicine Hat Tigers have signed Luke Warrener, the son of former NHLer Rhett, to a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement.
Warrener joined South Alberta Hockey Academy (SAHA) for the 2024/25 CSSHL U18 Prep season. The Calgary, AB defenseman would tally 15 points in 32 games as he was named to the CSSHL U18 Prep Prairie Division All Freshman Team.
The Tigers selected the 2009 born dman in the second round, 36th overall at the 2025 WHL Draft.
